Yes, an electronically signed contract is required to book an event with us. This ensures that all event details are confirmed and that your date is officially secured.
Is there any payment due before my event?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your event date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
What forms of payment can I use to pay a down payment or invoice?
We accept check, cash, and all major credit cards as a valid form of payment. A receipt will be provided to you showing a proof of payment.
What area do you provide DJ and Lighting services to?
We are located in Strongsville, Ohio, and proudly service the Northeast Ohio region. Availability for locations outside this area may vary and could be subject to additional travel fees. Please contact us to confirm service availability for your event location.
How soon should I book my event prior?
For weddings, we recommend booking at least one year in advance to secure your preferred date. For other events, we advise booking 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability.
Where do you get your music from?
All of our music comes from the same professional database used by major radio stations and industry professionals. All tracks are fully licensed for public playback. We can also provide clean versions of songs to make sure your event is appropriate for younger audiences.
What if I want to hear specific songs at my event?
Absolutely! Whether you want a few specific songs or a full playlist for your entire event, we can accommodate your needs. Please provide all specific song requests at least one week before your event to ensure we have time to prepare.
